OPTIMIZE YOUR HEALTH
Osteoporosis Awareness and Prevention

MAY 2007

This month’s newsletter focuses on building and maintaining healthy bones. We will take a look at the roles of nutrition, physical activity, supplementation and pharmaceuticals in bone health. Our skeletons help determine our mobility, flexibility and mechanical support as well as serving as a calcium reservoir for countless physiological functions.
