Jannet Huang, MD, FRCPC, FACE
Board Certified Endocrinology and Metabolism
Medical Director
Dr. Jannet Huang is a board certified endocrinologist. She also
holds certification as a clinical densitometrist and a menopause
clinician. She specializes in diabetes prevention, cardiovascular
risk reduction, hormone balance, osteoporosis prevention, and sexual
health for men and women. She belongs to various prestigious professional
organizations including the Endocrine Society, the American Association
for Clinical Endocrinologists, American Diabetes Association, American
Society for Reproductive Medicine, etc.
Dr. Huang obtained her medical degree and Internal Medicine residency
training at the University of Toronto. She completed her endocrine
fellowship (research and clinical) at University of California,
San Diego. She is very active in promoting health education for
the community, and she is an avid speaker in continuing medical
education programs for physicians.

to understand their intricate balance. I believe in customizing
management approaches to suit the needs of each individual to optimize
their endocrine health. Proactive and comprehensive efforts are
essential in disease prevention and enhancement of quality of life.

practice, while incorporating multidisciplinary and holistic approaches.”
Rosanne Miranda, M.A., L.M.F.T.
Marriage and Family Therapist
Rosanne Miranda is a licensed marriage and family therapist. She
received a Bachelors degree from the University of California at
San Diego in clinical psychology. She then went on to earn a Masters
degree from Pepperdine University in clinical psychology with an
emphasis in marriage and family therapy.
“I enjoy working with individuals and couples, who trust
me to closely examine their relationships in order to achieve a
more emotionally satisfying life. I also enjoy working with groups,
wherein people who are experiencing similar challenges can receive
support from one another. I work with a wide population, but at
The Center my focus is on helping people make the types of changes
that will improve their health and thus their quality of life. I
believe people have a tremendous capacity to change and achieve
their goals and aspirations with the right help and inspiration
from health professionals and their peers.”
Neemu Murthy, AHE
Ayurvedic Health Educator

Neemu Murthy is an Ayurvedic Health Educator. She attended the California College of Ayurveda in 2008. Currently, she is pursuing additional Ayurvedic study programs. Neemu is also a dedicated student of Ashtanga Yoga. She has studied and practiced yoga extensively, including training in Mysore, India. Neemu will be offering one-on-one coaching in how to adopt Ayurveda lifestyle practices. Dr. Huang and Neemu are planning to hold cooking classes.
“I grew up in a traditional Indian family. Ayurveda has always been an integral part of my life. I learned mantra, meditation and prayer, cooking with Ayurvedic spices, as well as the practice of Abhyanga (oiling the body and hair) from my ancestors. I am truly excited to share the preventative health benefits of these ancient practices with people.”

Monette Paulsen
Certified Lifestyle Educator
Monette Paulsen is a Certified Lifestyle Educator. She received her certification in FirstLine Therapy in April of 2006. She is also currently completing her studies to be a Certified Nutrition Consultant from The Global College of Natural Medicine. She has been helping people successfully change their lifestyle to improve their health since August 2007.
“I am truly passionate about helping people make Lifestyle changes to improve their health. I feel that we are in the middle of a health crisis and I am very glad that I can have a share in educating our community about healthy living. It is very rewarding to see my client’s health and life change for the better.”
